Understanding the legal instruments at the early stage of your venture and how to combine them to work best for you is something that you will get through this session which combines the legal expertise with investment management.

Business ConsultantSelena is a seasoned business consultant with more than 10 years of experience in advising local and international clients. A summa cum laude law graduate, she followed the path from Magic Circle law firm to in-house counsel, to a personal advisor to the shareholders, before setting-up FIDASmart in Selena offers to clients expertise that extends beyond the traditional legal realm: she attended specialised London Business School training on financial management and was involved as a project manager in complex legal and tax projects, both at national and international levels.
Jorge Perez Garcia
Investing DirectorJorge Perez joined Conny & Co. in June 2019. He focuses on selecting, structuring, and negotiating investment opportunities, mainly in LATAM and Southern Europe, and ensuring adequate follow-up with investors and founders. Jorge graduated from an executive programme in Venture Finance with the University of Oxford, holds an Executive MBA from the University of Barcelona and has attended several programs in finance, coaching and marketing excellence.
