Andres Gutierrez is the co-founder of Tpaga a very ambitious mobile wallet start-up that has set a challenge for themselves – to become the first bank of the unbanked consumers in LATAM.
The idea for this company originated on insight from a previous start-up he founded: Tappsi that is the largest taxi hailing app in NOLA. Andres and his partners realised that are a lot of unbanked consumers that are exposed to the inefficiencies of cash, despite having a cell phone.
Esteban VelascoSerial Entrepreneur, CEO & Co-founder of Sempli
Esteban Velasco is CEO and co-founder of Sempli, a fintech company that focuses on improving the financial health and wellness of Colombian small businesses through its all-in-one finance digital bank. Esteba is a business manager from EAFIT University, with an MBA from the International School of Management (Paris, France) and studies in entrepreneurship at MIT. He has more than 20 years of experience in the entrepreneurial ecosystem, as a company founder, financial and investment director.
Jorge PerezInvesting Director
Jorge Perez joined Conny & Co. in June 2019. He focuses on selecting, structuring, and negotiating investment opportunities, mainly in LATAM and Southern Europe, and ensuring adequate follow-up with investors and founders. Jorge graduated from an executive programme in Venture Finance with the University of Oxford, holds an Executive MBA from the University of Barcelona and has attended several programs in finance, coaching and marketing excellence.
